Scrum concept

It is a business plan that helps people, teams and organizations to generate value for their project by providing appropriate solutions, which aims to create a flexible environment to work with the highest possible value products efficiently and creatively, where scrum is one of the most famous smart software development methodologies, as it works to protect the team from external or internal errors and deviations that may prevent the progress of projects.
This plan divides the business into smaller business units and scrum consists of three roles: development team, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Scrum Master

A person with extensive experience, high professionalism and leadership that qualifies him to train others and lead the team in order to facilitate communication between team members and make sure that the Scrum process is implemented according to the basic goal for which it was made in order to guide the project in the right direction starting from the definition of goals and concepts through the design, construction, testing and review of the initial release or minimum actionable product until the final delivery.

Scrum Master is responsible for the effectiveness of the team and follows their decisions and achievements in order to promote continuous cooperation, maintain the progress of the production process, implement the requirements of the owner of the product accurately, skillfully and efficiently, and be flexible and responsive to changes.


What things does Scrum Master do?
It is the link between the members of the development team and the owner of the product or customers, and is responsible for setting tasks and organizing daily meetings, it is used by companies to increase business speed and address problems in their products, services and markets to improve value, productivity and total cost of ownership of products. these functions and roles are divided as follows:

Tasks towards the team:

• Works to remove obstacles facing developers.
• Trains the team on self-motivation.
• Identifies values, principles and practices within the team and follow up on their implementation.
• Promotes close collaboration between functions and tools in the scrum action plan.

Tasks towards the owner of the product:

• Finding the appropriate technical solutions to make an effective product that serves the customer primarily
• Collaborating with owner in product planning
• Facilitating collaboration with stakeholders when needed
• Leading and training teams on scrum
• Planning and implementation
• Providing advice on applying Scrum in the organization
