My Approach

Building Technology That Drives Real Business Impact

I partner with founders, boards, and enterprise leaders to build and scale technology that delivers real outcomes. Whether that's architecting a zero-to-one AI platform, modernising a legacy cloud stack, or building the engineering organisation that can sustain 10x growth — my focus is always on alignment between technology investment and business value.
