SkyLara is a full-stack skydiving and aerial sports operations platform serving drop zones, instructors, and jumpers across the GCC and beyond. The platform handles jump bookings, drop zone operations, slot management, student progressions, event management, and mobile-first experiences for skydivers.
What I built
- Full-stack web platform (Next.js + Node.js API) and native mobile apps (iOS & Android via Expo React Native)
- Drop zone management system: operations, staff roles, manifest, slot allocation, and booking flows
- Event management with real-time capacity control, ticketing, and instructor assignment
- Student progression tracking and certificate management for AFF/tandem programs
- Multi-tenant architecture supporting 19+ drop zones and 97+ registered users in production
- iOS app in TestFlight (Beta), Android on Google Play; full mobile parity with web platform
